Stress and Anxiety
Within this workshop, we will take the first steps into insight and understanding of the mind and what’s going on when we’re feeling intensity. We learn tips and techniques to help with the day-to-day, and situation specific stressors, and what to do with big emotions and thought spirals. Overall, we’re going to learn what to do to find real relief.
I’ve designed this workshop to help with awareness of the mind and the influences on the overall body and wellbeing. I’ve also designed this workshop for ease of use, so you can apply the knowledge at any time. If you want to get a handle on things from excessive thoughts, intense emotions, overwhelm, anxiety, this workshop is your jumping off point.
Free your mind. Find relief.
Kid Code
Simple 30 second parenting strategies take the anger and confusion out of parenting and bring you back to sanity and love as a natural response – no pretending, and no (or less) hollering, complaining, demanding and mumbling nasty stuff under your breath. When used long-term, long-term patience and wisdom show up, and short-term craziness vanishes; or at least makes fewer, less stressful appearances! When you use these strategies, you’ll find that they give you and your kids relief – in the moments of upset, or in the moments right after, and that’s a lifesaver for parents and kids.
